The Lisle Library District is pleased to welcome New York Times and USA Today bestselling author, Mary Kubica, for a special in-person author event! Mary will discuss her new book, It's Not Her, as well as her writing process and her thoughts about reading and libraries. This event is the perfect way to start the celebration of National Library Week!
The first 150 patrons to register for this program will receive a complimentary copy of Kubica's latest release: It's Not Her (one per person). Note- patrons must attend the event in order to receive their book. Anderson's Bookshop will be on site to sell additional books.
Mary Kubica is the author of many suspense novels, including The Good Girl, Pretty Baby, Don't You Cry, Every Last Lie, When the Lights Go Out, The Other Mrs., Local Woman Missing, Just the Nicest Couple, and She's Not Sorry. A former high school history teacher, Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in History and American Literature. She lives outside of Chicago with her husband and two children.
Please note- this event will be held at Lisle High School. Auditorium doors open at 1:30. Registration is required. This event has open seating. Registered patrons will be emailed an “Order Line Number” prior to the event. During the book signing, you will line up to meet the author based on that number.
